Egypt's Mai Medhat talks global enterprise with Obama, Marc Zuckerberg
An Egyptian Entrepreneur, Mai Medhat, met with U.S. President Barack Obama and mark Zuckerberg, chief executive and co-founder of the social network website of Facebook, at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit on campus of U.S. Stanford University Friday.
Medhat is a CEO of Eventtu, a social media platform that enable event organizers can easily contact with the attendees in Cairo and the Middle East, though an app mobilizes such events. In the summit, she talked with the leaders about her project and how people get benefit of it.
Palestinian Yalalan group holds concert at Bibliotheca Alexandrina
The Palestinian embassy in Cairo and the Palestinian consulate in Alexandria have organized a musical concert by the Palestinian group Yalalan at Bibliotheca Alexandrina Friday evening. the concert came in light of celebration the holy Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic Calendar during which the Muslims worldwide fast from dawn to dust. the group has held another concert on Wednesday at Cairo Opera House, according to a statement from the embassy Saturday.

Egypt's Ministry of Antiquities has called the Cairo Governor to accelerate removing the slums and Tanning factories in area of the archeological Aqua Dock in the Islamic Cairo, to establish an Islamic Aqua Museum in the area, Youm7 reported Said Helmy, head of the Islamic and Coptic Antiquities at the Ministry Saturday.
