Goethe Film Week kicks off in Mansoura, Asyut, and Luxor Oct 7-28

CAIRO: The Goethe Institute in Cairo is hosting a film festival in
the cities of Asyut from Oct 7-8, Mansoura Oct. 14-15, and Luxor Oct.
27-28.
Among the German films to be screen include 2014’s “Jack,” about a 10-year old boy in a struggling family, and 2013’s “Alphabet,” which discusses how children are affected by economic and social systems, according to the Insitute’s website.
