CAIRO: The Egyptian Museum will display seven new ancient Egyptian artifacts on the occasion of Mother's Day, general supervisor of the museum Khaled el Anany announced Friday.
The artifacts will be on display facing the entrance of the museum. The exhibition will last for three weeks, after which all the objects will be returned to their original locations, Anany was quoted as saying by Youm7.
Anany did not give more details on the seven artifacts. However, Isis and Hathor are among ancient Egyptian goddesses associated with motherhood according to the ancient Egyptian mythology.
