The 3rd Lady Wallis Budge Egyptology Symposium, to be held at Christ's College, Cambridge, on August 27th and August 28th 2020, will bring together a range of senior and early career Egyptologists to discuss questions of compulsion and control in Ancient Egypt. The ultimate aim is to produce a comprehensive edited volume on the topic, interpreting the theme in as wide an array of ways as possible.
